QUESTION
What, in your opinion, are the most important elements of good writing?
ANSWER
At my age, this is what I understand. Firstly the story should be original and the plot should have turns and twists so that it is captivating or the reader. The plot should immerse the readers in the story in such a way that they may identify themselves as a part of that story itself.
Good vocabulary and grammar should be used so that reader is able to understand what is happening in the story.
If it is an illustrated book then drawings should be clear, and of good quality. They should be depictive of the feelings which the writer has expressed in his story about the characters or the scenes being illustrated.
